What do we look for from interested applicants?
- Minimum credit score of 600
- At least 1 year of recent positive rental history w/6 months of rental receipts
- 4 months of detailed bank statements
- 6 months of recent paystubs/proof of income
- Net monthly income of 2.9x rental amount
- Successful results from background and credit check
- Emotional intelligence and a friendly disposition
